Are your Conservatories, Orangeries, Garden Rooms, Roof Lanterns and Folding, Sliding Doors all bespoke?
Yes, all our Conservatories, Orangeries, Garden Rooms, Roof Lanterns and Folding, Sliding Doors are purpose built in our joinery workshops in Sussex. No two buildings are exactly the same so we do not store standard modules of Conservatories or produce buildings for other companies. Our workshop is exclusive to us so you can be sure of the quality of our product.

I have a difficult situation – can you help?
Of course. Malbrook Conservatories offers a truly unique solution to every design situation, for example we can build a Conservatory or Orangery above ground level, on a listed building or where there is a significantly low pitch. The solution may be for a modern design or a traditional approach; our designers will be able to help.

Do you do all the final decoration of the Conservatory or Orangery and lead work to the house?
Yes, all painting to timber, both inside and out, and all lead flashings are included in Malbrook Conservatories’ price. You can choose any colour you like and we will also paint the Conservatory or Orangery different colours inside and out if you prefer.

Do you use maintenance free products?
All Malbrook Conservatories, Orangeries and Roof Lanterns have maintenance free exterior roofs. The glass is held under aluminium roof caps.

What timber or wood do you use?
Malbrook use a variety of hardwoods, selected from sustainable sources, for their Conservatories, Orangeries, Roof Lanterns and Folding Sliding Doors.

Can you help with blinds, planting schemes, flooring, under floor heating and lighting?
Malbrook have considerable expertise in these areas. We are keen to advise on these matters.
Interiors

Do you apply for planning permission on our behalf?
Yes if it is required. Malbrook Conservatories have good relations with and work closely with local authorities and planning bodies. We can usually suggest a Conservatory or Orangery design that we know will meet approval.

Do you supply Low ‘E’, Argon filled, and / or Pilkington ‘Activ’ glass?
Yes. Malbrook Conservatories offer a variety of glass treatments to comply with building regulations and site requirements.

How much do your Conservatories, Orangeries, Garden Rooms or Roof Lanterns cost?
All our buildings are bespoke but, for example, an average starting price is £25,000 for a Conservatory or Orangery and £15,000 for a Roof Lantern.

We reserve the right to make a nominal charge for certain projects. Please discuss this with the designer.

Do you work outside the UK?
Malbrook Conservatories and Orangeries are currently unable to undertake contracts outside the UK. We currently work in London, Surrey, Middlesex, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Sussex, Kent, Gloucestershire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Bristol and Bath. We would consider projects outside these areas on an individual basis
